Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

- Provide administrative support to the EVP and SVP of A&R, including scheduling and coordination of tasks.
- Conduct A&R research, generate reports, and maintain documents/databases.
- Assist with audio & video archive research, asset digitization, and review.
- Collaborate with A&R Producers to initiate projects through new release notifications.
- Coordinate streaming playlist creation and maintenance.
- Assist with weekly video release schedule tasks.
- Manage departmental workflows, including test pressing shipping & approvals, tape transfers, and the movement/uploading of assets.
- This is a 3-month contract with potential for extensions.

Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:

- Minimum of 3 years of solid Executive Assistant experience supporting high-level executives, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in MS-Office: Outlook, Word & Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint + Canva.
- Excellent typing skills (60 wpm) and strong computer organization and administration skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, establish administrative procedures, and work under pressure.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
