Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Product Category Manager:
Execute strategic plans for Hardlines product categories, including Toys & Collectibles, Consumer Electronics, and Game Peripherals.
Conduct in-depth analyses of sales, pricing, and player feedback to guide product selection and inventory planning.
Collaborate with regional partners, eCommerce, and game teams to implement distribution strategies.
Manage project budgets and organize financial data to ensure projects remain on track.
Facilitate product team meetings, documenting key notes and action items for cross-team visibility.
Required Skills for Associate Product Category Manager:
Demonstrated passion for games, with bonus points for experience with Riot's titles.
Experience in product, brand, or category management, or related fields such as product marketing or licensing.
Proficiency in managing budgets, negotiating estimates, and analyzing market data.
Expertise with project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Trello, Asana) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle planning, scheduling, and resource management.
