Duties Include:
- Execute change – Develop and execute change management frameworks that drive successful adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives
- Develop executive & strategic communications including presentations in an agile context
- Drive cohesive approach for change and adoption across platforms
Top Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in change management - responsible for leading strategy and transformation within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably a consultancy
- Experience executing complex, high-profile strategic change management programs from end to end, preferably in the tech space

- 3+ years of experience creating engaging visually appealing content for executive decks, town hall ppt decks, (PowerPoints should have strong visuals), and internal & external communications
- 3+ years' experience supporting business leaders in Project planning, planning, facilitating, & leading workforce strategy sessions
