Data Solutions Manager Length: 12+ month contract Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: Tues - Thurs on site)
Data Solutions Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years with managing data processes for large system migration or implementation projects
Experience with Contact Center Implementations preferred (not required)
Experience with Snowflake or other Data Warehousing tool
Experience working cross functionally in a large, complex organization (experience working with IT, Engineering, and Testing teams).
Experience with Change Management/Organizational Readiness (i.e., making sure documentation for a call center is up to date. Understanding the relationship between people, processes, systems and performance measurement. How can they help the business get ready for a change that needs to be deployed?)
Experience driving projects on a global scale.
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization, whether with a peer or via a discussion with senior leadership.
Data Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
Role will be a mix of strategy, business-side stakeholders, Data Warehousing, Documentation, Process Mapping and Improvement, Testing
Act as a Data Steward to advocate and to own the data analytics team updates for reporting once the solution is implemented.
Tracking data dependencies throughout the implementation and advocating for the data team in the design process.
Helping to test the analytics platforms on the backend.
