Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Escrow Officer:
• Oversee the entire escrow process from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and manage contracts, titles, and loan documents, acting as a neutral facilitator in real estate transactions.
• Prepare and finalize escrow instructions and settlement statements, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with title companies, lenders, real estate agents, and clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve any issues.
• Maintain detailed escrow records and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and procedures.
Required Skills for Escrow Officer:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate closing.
• Strong understanding of escrow procedures, real estate law, and title regulations.
• Proficiency in Resware Escrow software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation Details: $25-30/hr W2
