Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:- Providing end-to-end support for all events sponsored by the VP's
- Assisting in Town Hall/All Hands Meetings, social events, etc.
- Managing heavy calendaring, assisting in accruals, auditing expenses, budgeting
- Preparing digital and physical materials for all meetings and functions, ensuring agendas are accurate and included in meetings
- Consistently identifying areas for improvement and acting as a strategic thought partner
Required Skills for Executive Assistant:- 4+ years' experience as an executive assistant to VP-level or higher leaders within the technology space
- 4+ years' experience providing administrative support to executives including Calendaring, booking/expensing/auditing travel, budget assistance, event coordination, supporting all hands & QBR's
- Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High energy, proactive, and eager to innovate and solve problems
