Position Overview for the Flutter Development Lead:
We are seeking a Senior Flutter Web Developer with extensive experience in mobile Flutter development and a strong command of Dart. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform applications, working closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment. You’ll contribute to UI implementation, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD workflows, leveraging tools like Bloc, Jira, and GitLab.

Required Top Skills for the Flutter Development Lead:

• 8+ years of experience of designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter

• 3+ years of experience leading/mentoring Junior app developers
• Proficient with Agile development methodologies and Jira for sprint planning

• Expert level experience with unit testing / testing frameworks
• Strong experience conducting quality assurance reviews for all new code  

• Strong experience with application monitoring
• Experience in working with REST based services
