IDR is seeking a Game Producer II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role is within the gaming industry, focusing on managing the development of new and existing game modes. The company encourages collaboration and innovation to create engaging experiences for players around the world.
Position Overview for the Game Producer II:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver new and updated game modes.
- Drive the team's roadmap creation, execution, and delivery while managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement work systems, rituals, and artifacts to support project progress and team effectiveness.
- Remove impediments and manage staffing needs to ensure successful project completion.
- Foster an open, transparent, and collaborative development environment dedicated to producing high-quality game content.
Requirements for the Game Producer II:
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 5-8 years of experience managing projects and programs spanning technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience managing game, application, or content production teams.
- Strong background in improving work systems for teams and working with agile teams.
- Solid understanding of product and software development lifecycle processes, with agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent credential.
