IDR is seeking a Graphic Production Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role supports a retail company's internal communications team, focusing on managing the production of visual marketing and merchandising graphics across numerous store locations. The position involves coordinating print production, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely execution of visual campaigns, primarily through data analysis and project management.
Position Overview for the Graphic Production Coordinator:
- Supports retail communication teams by managing graphic production and distribution for in-store campaigns
- Coordinates print production, inventory, and distribution lists to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Interprets visual campaign layouts and applies them to various store formats
- Handles high-volume projects requiring strict attention to detail and deadline management
- Utilizes analytical skills, especially in Excel, to track and manage large datasets and project statuses
Requirements for the Graphic Production Coordinator:
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic production coordination, retail communication, or merchandising support
- Proven Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Analysis
- Hands-on Adobe Creative Suite OR PowerPoint skills for supporting graphic layouts
- Hands-on experience in inventory management and complex distribution list creation
- Ability to interpret visual campaign layouts and apply them to a variety of store formats
