Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HCM Training Specialist:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions using various methods, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to end users.
- Collaborate with our client's team to develop and implement training programs for HRIS systems, with a focus on Workday modules.
- Participate in occasional travel to support training initiatives across different locations.
Required Skills for HCM Training Specialist:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or related fields, with a focus on training delivery.
- Proven experience in training on HRIS systems, including at least 1 year with Workday Core HCM or related modules.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences.
