IDR is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. The position involves a mix of technical leadership, application design, and development in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Lead Software Engineer:
- Responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.
- Acts as a subject matter expert in software engineering best practices, including front-end UI & UX, APIs & microservices, schema development, and SecDevOps.
- Mentors and trains other engineers on technical and analytical skills.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements and support system enhancement projects.
- Explores emerging technologies to anticipate industry trends and disruptions.
Requirements for the Lead Software Engineer:
- 4+ years of full stack development experience.
- Front end: React OR Angular OR Javascript.
- Back end: NET Core OR Java.
- Ability to lead and execute technical initiatives across multiple systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
