Position Overview:
This person will partner with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify challenges, and guide solutions using Dynamics. They’ll provide strategic and tactical recommendations, leveraging Dynamics expertise to address business needs. Operating in an Agile environment, they’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and take a hands-on product owner role, balancing long-term vision with daily execution.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a tech environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Customer Service module, including implementation and change management
- Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and drive solutions
- Experience with systems integration, data mapping, and process optimization
