Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Network Engineer:

• Provide comprehensive support for computer networks and networking systems
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal network downtime
• Diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently
• Document network software, hardware, and communication links
• Offer end-user support and training as needed, including escalation of issues

Required Skills for the Network Engineer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field, or 4 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Network Engineer
• Hands-on knowledge of installation, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco networking equipment
• Cisco Certified Network Analyst (CCNA) certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
