Position Overview/Responsibilities for the OAST Application Analyst:
Engage in configuration work for UKG Pro WFM, focusing on timekeeping, absence, and advanced scheduling.
Participate in daily stand-ups to report on status, plan, and progress within an Agile environment.
Collaborate with a diverse team from various backgrounds, including nursing, laboratory medicine, radiology, and IT.
Support the Office of Administrative System Transformation (OAST) through consultation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
Initial part-time role with an expected increase in hours as projects ramp up.
Required Skills for OAST Application Analyst:
Proven experience in configuring UKG Pro WFM, specifically in timekeeping, absence, and advanced scheduling.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience in administrative areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to navigate and present UKG Pro data views and reports for analysis and decision-making.
Preferred background in healthcare for advanced scheduling tasks.
