Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Office Administrator:

• Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling for clinic staff and providers, ensuring efficient operations. • Process and approve time off requests, maintaining accurate records and schedules. • Oversee payroll and timecard approvals, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Develop staffing templates and block schedules to optimize resource allocation. • This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension.

Required Skills for Office Administrator:

• High School Diploma or GED. • Flu vaccination is mandatory, with no declinations or exemptions. • At least one year of experience in high-volume staff scheduling. • Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping approvals. • Experience with EPIC and a background in healthcare.
