IDR is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a healthcare setting, supporting operational functions, and collaborating with various healthcare providers. The position offers an engaging environment focused on enhancing patient satisfaction and streamlining administrative processes.
Position Overview for the Patient Experience Representative:
- Providing positive and effective customer service that supports unit operations
- Collaborating with referring providers and practices
- Obtaining required authorizations to compile patient and staff schedules
- Scheduling patients and supporting patients encounter
- Recording and forwarding messages, triaging calls for urgent information or services, initiating call for emergency services
- Processing admissions/discharges
- Providing routine clerical support as needed
Requirements for the Patient Experience Representative:
- High School level Education/GED (Bachelor’s Preferred)
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
