Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Principal Insights Analyst:

- Partner with product managers to identify strategic growth opportunities within global esports
- Define and implement KPIs for international leagues, enabling data-driven optimization
- Develop new metrics and analytical models to identify global gaming audiences
- Design and implement A/B tests and causal inference methodologies to evaluate product efficacy
- Work closely with Insights and product teams to align on strategic priorities and enhance data capabilities
- This is a contract position through 12/12/2025

Required Skills for Principal Insights Analyst:

- 7+ years professional experience in analytics, data science, product management, or related field
- Experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing clear takeaways
- Strong expertise in SQL or Python
- Proficiency in data analysis and managing complex spreadsheets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Graduate degree involving data analysis is a plus
