Position Overview for the Product Manager:

Lead strategic product initiatives focused on delivering a seamless guest experience across web, mobile app, kiosk, and POS platforms

Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and product teams to define and execute new customer-facing programs

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and own the full lifecycle of strategic product launches 

Drive product development from concept to delivery with a deep understanding of omni-channel customer behavior

Ensure alignment across multiple teams and platforms to build cohesive guest journeys, not siloed solutions


Required Skills for Product Manager:

5–10+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on strategy and customer experience

Consulting + in-house product ownership experience preferred

Industry background in hospitality, retail, or B2C environments

Experience working with multiple channels including mobile, web, kiosk, and POS

Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable product roadmaps

Strong facilitation skills to gather input from business stakeholders and guide decision-making
