Global Technology Program Manager
IDR's top client, a global leader in technology is seeking to add an experienced Program Manager to their growing Digital Technology organization as a part of their Partner Excellence Team! The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving impactful projects and programs for global partners; equipping them to become proficient in selling and implementing their solutions!
The Program Manager will be responsible for taking small to large, company-wide, mission critical programs and projects from original concept through final implementation including - Developing detailed program/project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Top Skills:
- 6+ years' experience as a Program Manager - Managing multiple large projects & programs within a large-enterprise / global scale environment
- 6+ years' experience developing detailed program/project execution plans and managing implementation processes including; budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Must have strong analytical skills and must be proficient in excel (vlookups & Pivot Tables are required)
- Experience utilizing dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau to deliver insights to stakeholders
- Strong experience discussing business requirements to technical data analysts
- Must be a certified Project Management Professional / PMP Certified
