Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Administrative Assistant:
Serve as the primary administrative contact, collaborating with multiple departments to address inquiries and resolve administrative issues.
Provide operational support to leaders and teams, including managing appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Oversee office operations, including inventory management, space scheduling, event planning, and paperwork processing.
Act as a liaison between medical professionals and internal departments to ensure effective communication and support for patient needs.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents with proficiency in business software applications.
Required Skills for Senior Administrative Assistant:
High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree in Business, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work 100% onsite and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
