Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, transforming them into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories.

• Work closely with the Solutions Architect and Technical Analyst to ensure seamless handoff from business requirements to technical design.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and align expectations, maintaining organized documentation in Confluence and managing workflows through Jira.

• Support the intake and estimation process for new project requests, with an initial focus on a critical eCommerce tax integration project between Salesforce Commerce and Vertex.

• Contribute to strengthening documentation processes and templates to enhance organizational consistency.

Required Skills for Senior Business Analyst:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise or multi-system environment.

• Proficient in documenting requirements, workflows, and business processes using Confluence and Jira.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, ask clarifying questions, and drive alignment.

• Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow concepts.

• Experience in eCommerce, financial, or ERP-related projects is advantageous.
