Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Civil Engineer:
- Lead and manage the design of transportation infrastructure projects including highways, roads, and transit corridors.
- Utilize Bentley (MicroStation, OpenRoads) and Autodesk (Civil 3D, AutoCAD) for detailed design and drafting.
- Oversee junior engineers and CAD designers, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with DOTs, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to planning, design development, and construction document preparation.
- This is a full-time, long-term, remote position

Required Skills for Senior Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience with a focus on transportation.
- Proficiency in Bentley tools (e.g., OpenRoads Designer) and Autodesk Civil 3D.
- PE license strongly preferred.
- Experience working with DOT standards and public infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
