IDR is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Processor to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Coppell, Texas. This role is in a logistics and fulfillment services environment, supporting payroll processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations. The company is known for its commitment to operational excellence and quality standards.
Position Overview for the Senior Fulfillment Processor:
- Responsible for processing payroll checks, advices, Year End files, Garnishment files, Benefit files, and FAO files with high accuracy and efficiency
- Support the fulfillment team by overseeing job processing, providing training, and distributing assignments to team members
- Ensure all fulfillment activities adhere to standard operating procedures and security protocols
- Maintain equipment and facilitate special internal requests to ensure smooth operations
- Work during peak months with extended hours and flexible schedules to meet departmental needs
Requirements for the Senior Fulfillment Processor:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 2+ years of experience with xerox cut sheet printing for W2's and regular payroll
- Experience using Salesforce
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of inserting equipment and mail machine; experience with FedEx/UPS and USPS processes; associates degree or higher preferred
