Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:

• Lead the implementation of a SaaS solution, Helios, designed for care management, case management, and utilization management
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, overseeing project milestones, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
• Drive projects using a hybrid of Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, tailored to our client's needs
• Utilize Wrike for project planning and tracking
• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, streamline processes, and maintain project momentum

 

Required Skills for Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS or ERP implementations
• Understanding of healthcare payor industry is a huge plus!
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex software implementation projects
• Experience in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with project planning tools, ideally Wrike or similar systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and business environments
• Professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to foster collaboration and engagement across teams
