Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of a SaaS solution, Helios, designed for care management, case management, and utilization management
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, overseeing project milestones, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
- Drive projects using a hybrid of Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, tailored to our client's needs
- Utilize Wrike for project planning and tracking
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, streamline processes, and maintain project momentum
Required Skills for Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:
- 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS or ERP implementations
- Understanding of healthcare payor industry is a huge plus!
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex software implementation projects
- Experience in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with project planning tools, ideally Wrike or similar systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and business environments
- Professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to foster collaboration and engagement across teams
