We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Service Center Manager to join our amazing team to lead daily operations, provide hands-on tech support, and ensure a VIP-level customer experience. If you're passionate about IT service, team leadership, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment, APPLY TODAY!
Required Skills:- 3+ years troubleshooting computers (hardware and software), including installation, configuration, and support of Windows/macOS systems and commonly used tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues using strong analytical and research skills with a methodical troubleshooting approach.
- Leadership potential—ready to step into a supervisory role and support team growth while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours on occasion to meet project timelines and ensure consistent service delivery.
Nice to Have:- Experienced coaching and mentoring technical staff, effectively delegating tasks, and providing constructive, actionable feedback.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (Cherwell, TDX), asset tracking, and desktop management solutions.
- Database admin or ITSM system configuration experience.
- ITIL or Agile knowledge
