Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a System Administrator IV to support our proposal effort for the DHA Geographic Service Providers in Robins AFB, Georgia.
Position Overview:
- The Systems Administrator is designated with managing and coordinating the delivery and performance associated with Robins AFB.
- The System Administrator IV serves as the senior technical lead responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of enterprise IT systems supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). This position provides advanced systems administration expertise for servers, operating systems, applications, and infrastructure components while ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance with DHA and DoD security requirements.
- The System Administrator IV supports complex technical environments, leads troubleshooting and problem resolution efforts, implements system upgrades and enhancements, and provides technical guidance to support teams. The role works closely with Government stakeholders and IT personnel to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations that support critical healthcare and business functions.
Functional Responsibility:
- Designated with managing and coordinating the delivery and performance of all Contractor personnel at the Robins site (78th Medical Group).
- Manages and oversee' s all Contractor personnel at site, ensuring compliance with PWS requirements and performance objectives.
- Acts as primary liaison between the Government and Contractor teams; coordinates and monitors IT service delivery.
- Designs, configures, and manages highly complex server/network infrastructure including virtualization and cloud systems.
- Leads development and enforcement of system security policies, disaster recovery plans, and high-availability configurations.
- Provides SIPR support including maintaining active SIPR accounts, security compliance, and deployment of classified systems.
- Implements advanced automation scripts and orchestration tools; provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical outages.
- Coordinates long-term IT strategy, capacity planning, and tech refresh with senior leadership.
- Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior system administrators.
- Supports Intermediate Data Center Operations: RBAC, data center planning, capacity management.
- Contributes to Monthly Progress Report.
- Manage and oversee all Contractor Personnel at Site, ensuring compliance with PWS requirements and performance objectives.
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of IT services, acting as the primary liaison between the Government and Contractor teams.
- Assist with specialized IT tasks, including networking, scripting, and troubleshooting, as required.
Required Experience:
- 10+ Years of applicable systems administrations experience.
- Managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support group.
- Adapting and providing support across IT domains to ensure operational continuity and enhanced team performance.
- Advanced experience administering enterprise server environments, operating systems, and infrastructure services.
- Expert-level independent thinking; able to supervise others
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, user permissions, authentication, and domain services.
- Experience administering virtualized environments such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience supporting enterprise identity and access management processes, account provisioning, access control, and authentication systems.
- Experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, and secure configuration management.
- Ability to coordinate with network teams and support integrated infrastructure environments.
- Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for enterprise systems and infrastructure issues.
- Experience maintaining system documentation, change records, configuration documentation, and operational reporting.
- Experience using enterprise ITSM/service desk systems for incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience supporting operational users in high-availability environments, including military or healthcare enterprise environments
- Experience supporting DHA, DoD, or healthcare IT systems preferred due to MTF operational environment
- Supports operational reporting, system status tracking, SLA support, documentation, and performance metrics.
- Ensure high availability of enterprise systems; minimize downtime impacting healthcare operations; coordinate with Government and contractor teams; support continuity of operations.
- Master's degree and/or equivalency
- ITIL 4 Foundation (PREFERRED)
Certification Requirements: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & IAT III Certified is Required to Start
Clearance Requirements: Interim Secret Clearance and DHA CAC required to Start.
