IDR is seeking a Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Georgia. This role supports the implementation and management of telecommunications infrastructure and technology solutions within a large enterprise setting. The company operates within the healthcare and government sectors, focusing on modernization initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
Position Overview for the Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator:
- Coordinate enterprise telecommunications initiatives, including VoIP/hosted voice services, mobility solutions, collaboration platforms, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Evaluate current telecommunications capabilities, identify opportunities for modernization, and recommend solutions that support operational goals.
- Partner with network engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure telecommunications solutions align with enterprise standards.
- Lead telecommunications and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party providers to support successful project outcomes.
- Support onsite visits, technology assessments, deployments, and facility modernizations across multiple locations.
- Work independently to identify needs, drive solutions, and coordinate activities across facilities.
Requirements for the Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator:
- 5+ years of experience supporting telecommunications, voice, network, or infrastructure technology initiatives.
- Experience coordinating enterprise technology projects from planning through implementation, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including VoIP, hosted voice services, unified communications, mobility solutions, and related infrastructure.
- Experience managing relationships with telecommunications vendors, carriers, and third-party technology providers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership while translating business needs into technology solutions.
