Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Training Specialist III:
Deliver high-impact leadership development sessions with strong facilitation skills, adapting to varied audiences and learning styles
Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure training content is delivered effectively and program objectives are met
Maintain existing L&D programs by ensuring timely communication and notifications are sent to participants (program administration handled by others)
Monitor session logistics and participant engagement, escalating issues when necessary to keep programs on track
Required Skills for the Training Specialist III:
5+ years’ experience as a Training Specialist focused on facilitating leadership development content
MUST HAVE experience in the manufacturing industry
Must be a strong facilitator with the ability to work independently
Program Management experience preferred
