IDR is seeking a Workday Payroll Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting payroll systems implementation and ongoing optimization within a healthcare environment, offering a dynamic and collaborative work setting.
Position Overview for the Workday Payroll Analyst:
- Lead full cycle implementation of Workday Payroll system.
- Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, taxes, and time tracking rules.
- Act as a functional expert in payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and overtime.
- Own testing processes including test script creation, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
- Translate business requirements into functional design and configuration.
Requirements for the Workday Payroll Analyst:
- 4 or more years of Workday Payroll or Time and Attendance implementation experience.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations.
- Strong functional expertise, not just technical configuration.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance including tax, wage and hour, and overtime regulations.
