Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Specialist:
Collaborate with our client's team to manage and optimize Workday and PeopleSoft HRIS systems.
Focus on integration and total rewards, ensuring efficient data flow and communication between platforms.
Engage with third-party consultants to identify scalable solutions and improve system performance.
Utilize strong analytical skills to address and solve complex problems.
Contract position through mid-January, with potential for extension.
Required Skills for Workday Specialist:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, especially in Compensation and Benefits modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is highly valued but not required.
